Would be nice to have the possibility give haircuts for employees.

When can we meet her as a star customer?

Wery rare, that a woman can handle cutting of half meter of hair without tears, or at least some emotional reaction.

even with custom characters is there a reason the hair waste despawns/ noclips through the floor? or is it only implemented in campaign?

She apperars immediately after purchasing the salon, with two or three missions. (Depends on elapsed time? Should not probably...)

Looks like there is a large selection of NPC clothes/hairstyles, but the clients we have always selected from the same little subset. This is especially visible, when multiple clients are arriving to the salon. It is easy pick who is my client.

This is probably bigger task, but it would be nice to be able to watch what the other hairdressers do, not just a cartoon cloud over the client's head.

There are funny task orders. For example: Wash the hair. Dry the hair. Paint the hair to ombre style. Wash off paint. Apply conditioner. Dry the hair. Straighten the hair. Cut the costumer bald. (ok, it is not stupid if the hair goes to donation) In practice hairdressers order and merge tasks for efficiency. For example: cut first, then paint. If the hair is already wet from washing, no need to dry and wet it again. Such stuff.

Special events at non salon locations would be refreshing. Like hair shows, charirty events (like St Baldrick day) , house call services for special costumers, special photoshots for multiple creating styles, ideally, shorter and shorter... That kind of stuff.

Feels a bit short only 3 "missions" per star client. Would be good if some of them return, or have longer storylines. Also, more female characters would be good. More drama would be good. (the bald cut for chemo kid was nice story telling).
