Mechanics&Gameplay features

It won't stop crashing mid decorating of the saloon and I have to start from scratch again. I would really like to get some support or help on how to fix this, because I can't even refund the game because it was a gift!

The characters' faces look very poor, for a game from 2024 the facial details are very poor, even in the sims 3 (a game from 2019) it looks much better.

but I've yet to be awarded with it, even though I have done as it says? The hairdryer doesn't seem to make the customer leave at all, or become upset, and the water bottle (when used incorrectly) makes them sad and leave, but again, the achievement won't ding. Any ideas? It states people have done it, so is it broken?

Since the latest Hot Fix (#12) I have not been able to play the game. I can load into my save, but if i go to any other salon it just gets stuck on the loading screen forever. If i play in the one I load into, it will work for maybe a day or two game time before it freezes. I'm not sure what the Hot Fix broke, but.... I love your games and appreciate your efforts. I really hope you manage to Fix the Fix lol

If we could select hair strands vertically or in different angles, the amount of styling possibilities would greatly improve

Why are the green/red haircut guidelines so uneven? It's unclear where we are supposed to cut. There should also be an option to go back and trim areas that you missed.

The lots are so dark unless you add lights to literally every section of them. Overhead lights should spread light to a larger area.

Even in real salons, people sometimes let the hairdresser choose. That should be an option in game, would be much more fun .

I can't complete Course #7 because it stays at 0% regardless of what I do. I have done everything the tutorial says to do and it still will not progress so I can complete this course. Very irritating as I spent all afternoon trying to accomplish this to no avail and I've been looking forward to this achievement.

The curl options almost all look identical to me. Was hoping there would be more variance in the types of haircuts requested. Everyone ends up leaving the salon looking the same in campaign mode.
